My name is Barbara and I would like to introduce you to our nursery, Goose Cove Gardens.

We are so fortunate to be located in a quiet neighborhood in Gloucester , Massachusetts . Our border of trees shelters us from wind and provides protection for the birds and butterflies that frequent our gardens. 

My husband and I opened our organic nursery in May of 1991. We were small -- growing herbs and edible flowers in one twenty foot greenhouse.My determination and my passion were for growing organically, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. 

As I seeded more seeds, my husband built more greenhouses. We now have eight greenhouses and employ a seasonal staff of ten. We grow in organic soil with organic fertilizers and occasionally a few thousand ladybugs help out. 

Our plant varieties have grown to include perennial flowers, perennial herbs, annual flowers, annual herbs and vegetables. Each year I change varieties…there are so many to try!   For a complete list please connect to our brochure on our Home Page.
